Whether you own or rent, a home insurance policy protects your house, condo, or apartment. Here are the standard coverages offered by AAA Insurance:
- Your dwelling and attached structures
- Any detached structure on your property
- All of the contents of your home and other personal belongings
- Add coverage for your valuables
Dwelling Limit of Insurance
Provides coverage to repair or rebuild your home in the event of a covered loss.
Other Structures
Insurance that protects other detached structures on your premises, such as fences, a tool shed, detached garage, a swimming pool, etc.
Personal Property

Jewelry & Other Valuables
Your homeowners policy may cover jewelry, watches, and collectibles if they’re stolen or if they’re damaged in a fire, for instance. (Most policies have a coverage limit per item.)

Loss of use coverage provides you with an additional living expense if your home is uninhabitable due to a covered loss.
Personal Liability
Personal Liability covers you for personal injury, bodily injury, and property damage in the event that you are found liable for those losses or damages (for example, if you were to be found responsible for a fire that burns property belonging to your neighbor or landlord, if you are a renter).
Medical Payments to Others
Provides coverage for medical payments and expenses incurred due to an accident causing personal or bodily injury.
