This 30% Off System Equipment Promotion ("Promotion") is offered solely by A3 Smart Home LP ("A3SH", "we", "our", or "us"), and is subject to these Terms and Conditions ("Terms"). By participating in this Promotion, participant ("Participant", or "you") agrees to the Terms as set forth below. We have the right to extend, terminate, suspend, or modify the Promotion at any time without notice.

ELIGIBILITY: The Promotion begins at 12:00:01 a.m. PT on the corresponding Start Date and ends at 11:59:59 p.m. PT the corresponding End Date (the "Promotion Period") and is available only within the A3SH service area. Verification of your eligibility to participate in the Promotion and to receive the Promotion benefit is confirmed when you contact us, as described below. We are the sole timekeeper and arbiter, in our sole discretion, regarding eligibility and participation in this Promotion. To be eligible, you also must (i) satisfy the Participation Requirements, as defined below, (ii) be a legal resident of the state where you live, and (iii) be at least 18 years of age by the Start Date. A3SH employees, household members of A3SH employees and licensed insurance agents, including independent agents, are not eligible.

TO PARTICIPATE: You may seek to participate in the Promotion only during the Promotion Period, up to the End Date or within sixty (60) days of purchasing a new AAA membership or new AAA Home Insurance Policy, whichever occurs first, by (i) calling (855) 405-6330 and speaking with one of our representatives, (ii) (enrolling int a new Smart Monitoring Subscription (“Subscription”, and (iii) purchasing a minimum of $579 in alarm system equipment, including a new control panel (collectively, the "Participation Requirements"). Any enrollment in a Subscription is subject to your acceptance of all additional and related terms of service and policies. Upon meeting all of the Participation Requirements, and subject to these Terms, eligible participants will automatically receive the Benefit, as defined below.

PROMOTION: Subject to these Terms, each Participant whose eligibility has been verified and who meets the Participation Requirements will receive thirty percent (30%) off the cost of a AAA Smart Home alarm system (the "Benefit").

LIMITATIONS: NOT AVAILABLE FOR ONLINE PURCHASES. Installation fees apply. The Benefit does not apply to monitoring rates. Limit of one Benefit per person and per household. The Promotion is subject to all applicable federal, state and local laws and regulations. Void where prohibited. The Subscription and Benefit are both subject to the limitations, terms, and conditions of the relevant Subscription agreements, A3SH policies and these Terms. Promotion details and availability are subject to change, in which case a benefit of equal value may be substituted at A3SH's sole discretion. The Benefit consists only of the item(s) identified herein and is non-transferable. No substitutions or cash redemptions, except at A3SH's sole discretion.

RIGHTS: By participating in the Promotion, you fully and unconditionally agree to and accept these Terms. The decisions of A3SH shall be final and binding. You further agree to, and do, release, indemnify, defend, and hold harmless A3SH and all of its parent companies, subsidiaries, affiliates, prize or other promotion benefits suppliers, and advertising and promotion agencies, and each of their respective agents, representatives, officers, directors, and employees, from and against any and all lawsuits, judgments, losses, damages, claims, actions, costs, and expenses (including, without limitation, reasonable attorneys' fees) and any liability of any kind, resulting from, arising from, related to or in connection with the Promotion and your participation in it.

CHOICE OF LAW: These Rules shall be governed by, and interpreted in accordance with, the laws of the State of California, without regard to that state's conflict of law provisions.

PRIVACY POLICY: Upon contacting A3SH to purchase a Subscription, you agree to the A3 Smart Home Privacy Policy available at https://calstate.aaa.com/privacy-policy, and its terms regarding our collection and usage of your personal information.

LIMITATION OF LIABILITY: In no event shall A3SH, its parent companies, subsidiaries, affiliates, advertising agencies, public relations agencies or suppliers (including any vendors providing services in connection with this Promotion), or any of their respective employees, agents, directors or officers (collectively, the "A3SH Affiliates") be responsible for, and You hereby release each from, any perceived or actual failures of any kind (whether alleged to be have been caused by computer, technical, or human error) that may either limit a) your ability to receive a Benefit or otherwise participate in this Promotion or b) A3SH's ability to include all eligible participants or otherwise execute this Promotion in the manner intended.

OTHER TERMS: Decisions of A3SH on all matters related to the Promotion are final. A3SH reserves the right to cancel or modify the Promotion for any reason, including but not limited to, if fraud, misconduct or technical failures destroy the integrity of the Promotion, or if a computer virus, bug, or other technical problem corrupts the administration, security, or proper administration of the Promotion, as determined by A3SH in its sole discretion. A3SH reserves the right to disqualify or prohibit the participation of an individual or business if fraud or tampering is suspected, or if the individual or business fails to comply with any requirement of participation or with any provision of these Terms.

Not combinable with other offers or discounts unless otherwise stated on other offer. No cash value. AAA3SH’s determinations of eligibility and approval are final.

A3 Smart Home LP and AAA Northern California, Nevada & Utah employees, household members of such employees, and licensed insurance agents, including independent agents, are not eligible. AAASHS reserves the right to alter or withdraw this offer any time without notice.
