AAA Member Monitoring Promotion Terms & Conditions (the "Promotion")

1. ELIGIBILITY: This Promotion is offered by A3 Smart Home LP dba AAA Smart Home Security (“AAASHS”) and is available exclusively to active AAA members within the AAASHSH service area. To qualify for the $5.00 monthly monitoring discount (the “Discount”), you must be at least 18 years of age and a residential customer and either: (a) a new AAASHS subscriber; (b) a “Legacy Member” (an existing AAASHS member not currently subscribed to a Basic, Smart, Video, Video + Control, or Video Recording + Automation plan); or (c) an existing member installing a new system at an additional residence.

2. REQUIREMENTS: Subscribers must purchase a new AAASHS Control Panel or Hub and subscribe to a new professional or self-monitoring plan (a “Subscription”). Legacy Members are required to select professional installation. All subscribers must execute the standard AAASHS Smart Home Subscriber Agreement.

3. THE DISCOUNT: Eligible Members receive $5.00 off the standard monthly monitoring fee for the duration of their active AAA membership and Subscription. If the AAA membership is cancelled or expires, AAASHS reserves the right to revert the monthly monitoring fee to the then-current standard rate.

4. LIMITATIONS & EXCLUSIONS: Offer ends 12/31/2026. System equipment, installation, and shipping fees are sold separately and are not subject to the Discount. This offer has no cash value and cannot be combined with other promotions. A3 Smart Home LP and AAA Northern California, Nevada & Utah employees, household members of such employees, and licensed insurance agents (including independent agents) are ineligible.

5. CANCELLATION & MODIFICATION: AAASHS reserves the right to modify, suspend, or terminate this Promotion at any time. Any enrollment is subject to credit approval and acceptance of all additional terms of service and policies.

6. REDEMPTION: For online purchases, visit mwg.aaa.com/home-security and verify membership status at checkout. Legacy Members must call (866) 957-1340 to redeem; online checkout is not available for Legacy upgrades.
