NEW SYSTEM PURCHASE OR UPGRADE PROMOTION TERMS & CONDITIONS (the "Promotion"): security, fire and smart home equipment (the "System"), and monitoring services (the "Monitoring Services") offered solely by AAA Smart Home Security ("AAASHS", "we", "our" or "us"). Must purchase a Control Panel or a Hub to become a subscriber (“Subscriber”) to AAASHS monitoring. Discounts available only to Mountain West Group AAA Members. Members receive $5 off of the monthly monitoring fee. Residential customers only. AAASHS has the right to extend, terminate, suspend, or modify these Terms at any time without notice. System sold separately and installation or shipping fees may apply. Subscribers must be 18 years of age or older, must agree to AAASHS Smart Home Subscriber Agreement and be subject to all the terms and conditions therein. AAASHS is not responsible for printing or other typographical errors.
