NEW SYSTEM UPGRADE/PURCHASE PROMOTION TERMS AND CONDITIONS (the "Promotion"): security, fire and smart home equipment (the "System"), and monitoring services (the "Monitoring Services") offered solely by A3 Smart Home LP ("A3SH", "we", "our" or "us"). Must purchase Qolsys Panel (the "Control Panel") to become a subscriber (“Subscriber”) to A3SH monitoring. Discounts available only to Mountain West Group AAA Members. Members receive $5 off of monthly monitoring fee. Residential customers only. A3SH has the right to extend, terminate, suspend, or modify these Terms at any time without notice. Price of Control Panel may vary, please contact (844) 669-2221 for a free quote. System sold separately and installation fees may apply. Subscribers must be 18 years of age or older, must agree to A3SH Smart Home Subscriber Agreement and be subject to all the terms and conditions therein. A3SH is not responsible for printing or other typographical errors.
Basic Monitoring Services ("Basic Monitoring Services") supports your basic security needs such as (i) standard devices: control panel, door/window sensors, motion detectors, smoke detectors; (ii) the mobile application (the "App") to easily arm and disarm your system from anywhere, and; (iii) real-time text, email and push alerts. Basic Monitoring Services are available to non-AAA Members for $29.99 per month and the discounted rates are available to AAA Members for $24.99 per month.
Smart Monitoring Services ("Smart Monitoring Services") supports all the Basic Monitoring features, plus (i) home automation devices: cameras, door locks, thermostats, lights, doorbells and more; (ii) control smart home devices using the App on your mobile device, and;(iii) video recording and viewing from security cameras. Smart Monitoring Services are available to non-AAA Members for $39.99 per month and the discounted rates are available to AAA Members for $34.99 per month.
