What makes you proud to work at AAA?
At AAA, I feel valued and respected. I enjoy what I do and am surrounded by a fantastic team of understanding and amazing people. The atmosphere is one of open-mindedness, curiosity, teamwork, and the desire to succeed together.

What made you decide to work at AAA?
I wanted to work for a company that helped people and to make a difference in people's lives. At AAA, I can make an impact on others and make their day!

As a proud Veteran, what did you do while you were in the military?
I was stationed with the 872nd Maintenance Army Reserve company based out of Ogden, UT. We went to various locations including CA, CO, MD, and locally in UT. My main training was Small Arms and Towed Artillery repair where I worked on 9mm handguns up to the big, towed howitzers. I was also cross trained in repairing various types of military vehicles as well as driving them. In addition to our main duties, we helped support many community events, including delivering food to various food pantries that were donated by local farmers.

How has your experience in the Army Reserve shaped your career at AAA?
My experience in the military enabled me to adopt the strong virtues of both the military and AAA values (humility, integrity, teamwork, service) that guide me today. It taught me to value core purpose and shared vision, exhibit moral courage, understand the true concept of “team”, and demonstrate strategic agility to achieve results. This has been invaluable during my time here.

What would people be surprised to learn about you?
I come from a family of Veterans! My paternal grandfather, two paternal uncles, one maternal uncle and my father were all in the military. I am also a huge animal person! I own a horse, 4 dogs (a German shepherd, a Bullmastiff mix, and 2 English Mastiffs), 1 cat, and 9 chickens.
