At AAA, Business Resource Groups (BRG) are groups of Team Members who actively engage around a unifying mission. These ​ internal communities connect Team Members across the organization. Their mission is to promote the well-being of our company and develop mutually beneficial relationships with the communities we serve.

The Woman.Empower group ensures Team Members are empowered to make AAA the number one place for women to work, and the leading voice for gender equity in the corporate world.

The vision of the DAWN Resource Group is to advance awareness, education and inclusion for Team Members and Members with disabilities at AAA.

AAA PRIDE BRG focuses on inclusion. Come develop stronger, deeper relationships with your LGBTQ counterparts and LGBTQ allies. This BRG will provide valuable resources and a space for Team Members to learn how to best support LGBTQ Team Members, family, and Members.

[email protected] business resource group is a community of Team Members who provide resources, share experiences and information, and are a voice of support for all types of families at AAA. Our goal is to create awareness and support to enable Team Members to have a successful career and work life balance while at AAA.

Unidos means united, and that's at the heart of this Business Resource Group's goal of raising awareness to support the Hispanic and Latino(a) community at AAA. Unidos will allow AAA to better position products and services, support Community Impact, and enhance volunteerism by uniting Team Members to support their leadership and career development goals.

Unidos is a leading partner in the collective work that has already been established in support of our organization’s Diversity and Inclusion strategy. The leaders of Unidos are passionate, excited, and eager to contribute to making positive change and a long-lasting impact at AAA and our communities.

EXCEL, was founded under the principles of respect, appreciation and development, will promote an environment of inclusion at AAA that is reflective of the community we serve. We are committed to supporting the Club’s strategy, innovation agenda, recruitment and retention programs, and other key initiatives that draw upon the richness and creativity of a diverse talent pool to help transform AAA for the next century.
