Annual Proxy Notice
Our Club now has a footprint that expands beyond the territories of Northern California, Nevada & Utah into Arizona, Montana, Wyoming, and Alaska. As a result, we would like to formally change our name to AAA Mountain West Group to reflect this expanded territory. If approved, we will revise our Articles of Incorporation with this new name. Each local market, however, will continue to proudly represent their names as AAA Northern California, AAA Nevada, AAA Utah, AAA Arizona, AAA Montana, AAA Wyoming, and AAA Alaska.
