What makes you proud to work at AAA?
I’m proud to work for a company that cares about their Team Members and provides resources for each one to be successful in their job of taking care of Members. It’s a pleasure working with such a great team and knowing they serve our Members the best possible way every day.

With 9 years at AAA, what motivates you to come to work every day?
Every day is different, and I like the challenges - whether it’s staffing, scheduling, trucks or otherwise. I also like helping people and enjoy the interactions I get to have each day with such a great group of Team Members.

As a proud Veteran, what did you do while you were in the military?
I served in the U.S. Air Force for 24 years from 1988-2012. I worked F-16’s at Nellis AFB NV, Kunsan AB South Korea, Shaw AFB SC and Hill AFB UT. I also worked on F-1117 at Tonopah NV, Team Chief F-16 Demonstration team at Hill AFB UT, and C-5 Maintenance School Superintendent at Dover AFB DE.

How has your experience in the Air Force shaped your career at AAA?
The military taught me to multi-task and accept change and that has helped me immensely at AAA. Change occurs all the time and being 1 of 2 directors for one of the biggest fleets, we are constantly prioritizing projects and tasks that need to be accomplished.

As a member of the Valor BRG, what should others know about the BRG?
The Valor BRG is a fun bunch of Veterans coming up with ideas to honor Veterans across AAA. We all have different experiences and backgrounds and that allows us to bring a variety of ideas to the table.

What would people be surprised to learn about you?
The first time I was ever on an airplane was when I flew to basic training in Texas from New York where I grew up. 24 years later, I had spent time in all 50 states and numerous countries throughout the world.
