Kristin Chapman, Chief People & Culture Officer
Kristin brings over 20 years of team and organizational culture transformation experience to her role as Chief People & Culture Officer.
Before joining MWG in 2025, she held leadership roles at DecisionWise and AAA Inc.’s national office.
She is certified in change leadership and has earned numerous certifications in change leadership, Diversity, Equity & Inclusion, and organizational development.
Kristin holds a master’s degree from Washburn University and a bachelor’s degree in cultural anthropology from Brigham Young University.
