If you need to file a formal complaint regarding your AAA Membership or a service experience, here are the ways you can contact us:

Contact Member Experience Directly: Call the Member Experience Department at (800) 272-2877.
  • Hours: Monday - Friday, 8:30 AM - 5:00 PM PT.
Contact Other Departments: Ask a representative to file a complaint case on your behalf by calling:
  • Emergency Road Service at (800) AAA-HELP (800-222-4357): Available 24/7.
  • Member Services at (800) 922-8228: M-F 7am-9pm PT, Sa-Su 7am-7pm PT.
Visit a Branch: Speak with a representative in person at your local AAA branch.
