You can renew your membership up to 45 days prior to your membership expiration date. To renew your membership online please follow the following:

• Log into your AAA.com account
• Click on the renew button
• Enter your credit/debit card information
• Submit your payment

There are three ways to request roadside assistance from AAA:

Online
Visit AAA.com/ERS, click on the "Request Road Service Online" button in the banner, and follow the prompts on the screen.

Mobile App
In the AAA Mobile App, click on the tow truck "Roadside" icon at the bottom of the screen and follow the prompts on the screen. To download the AAA Mobile App, please visit AAA.com/mobile.

Call
Please call 800-AAA HELP (800-222-4357) to place a roadside service request.

When requesting ERS, be ready to provide the following:

1. Street address
2. Name of business, condominium/apartment complex, etc., if applicable
3. Nearest major intersection and where you are in relation to that intersection
4. Year, make, model, color, and license plate of vehicle
5. Information on the nature of the trouble you are encountering
6. Photo ID will soon be required at the time of service

Membership can be reinstated after expiration, with payment for the new membership year. Visit a branch or call 800-922-8228, online support for reinstatement is coming soon.

Yes, but additional family members must each be enrolled as an Associate on your AAA Membership account.

Primary Membership - The Primary Member is the first person in the household to join AAA. Membership includes roadside assistance and all other AAA services and benefits.

Associate Membership - Associate Membership is available to family members who reside in the same household as the Primary Member and/or dependent students who are away at school. Associate Members receive the same services and benefits as Primary Members, but their annual membership rate is considerably less. Rates are automatically pro-rated based on the anniversary date of your Membership.

AAA Membership covers you in any vehicle, whether you’re the driver or passenger.
