*Discount applies to pay later base rate. Base rate includes time and mileage charges only. Discount may vary based on location, date, length of rental, car class and other factors. Taxes, fees and options excluded. Advanced reservations required and must include your AAA Club Discount Code (CDP#005). AAA member benefits and discounts available at participating Hertz locations in the U.S. and Canada. Age, driver, credit and qualifying rate restrictions for the renting location apply. Rate change or additional fees may apply in the event of reservation modification, early / late vehicle return or if not returning vehicle to renting location. Additional Driver and young renter must be a AAA member and meet standard rental requirements. Child safety seat is subject to availability. Gas savings is only valid when prepaid option is purchased. At the time of rental, present your AAA membership card for identification. Customer’s responsibility for damage to the rented vehicle is limited to $5000, provided there is no violation of the terms and conditions of the Rental Agreement. If Loss Damage Waiver (LDW) is purchased in connection with the rental, Hertz will waive the customer’s financial responsibility for any loss or damage to the rental vehicle, provided there is no violation of the terms and conditions of the Rental Agreement.
