Via’s Editorial Guidelines
Via is an award-winning magazine for AAA Members that delivers practical tips and tricks to make life easier, whether you’re on the road or at home. Discover the best road trips in the West in addition to articles about maintaining your car, managing your home, protecting your identity, and more.
Our mission is to inspire and empower AAA Members to outsmart life's challenges. For more than 100 years, AAA Members have trusted Via’s accurate, timely articles written by professional journalists and field experts. All of our content is reviewed by a fact-checker and copy editor to ensure accuracy and consistency of editorial style as well as voice.
Via content is educational and supports AAA Products and Members. Our content will have clear calls-to-action and strive to separate marketing language from educational language. We do not have paid links or mentions. Advertisers do not influence the information we publish.
For feedback and questions related to site content, please email Via editors at [email protected]. To submit a press release, event announcement, query or story pitch, or a tip or suggestion, write to [email protected]. We do not accept anonymous submissions. For inquiries related to general information or other matters, please visit our Contact Via page.
Sponsored Content Policy
Via will always clearly differentiate paid advertising from editorial content. Content that is sponsored is labeled as a Sponsored Post with the sponsor plainly identified.
All information is accurate at the time of publishing, however, the world changes quickly, so verify details before you go.
