Kamili Moreland
Chief Legal Officer and Corporate Secretary
Kamili joined AAA in 2011, with more than two decades of legal experience.
As Chief Legal Officer and Corporate Secretary, she oversees AAA Mountain West Group’s Legal division, while supporting the Board of Directors and Executive Leadership on corporate governance.
Kamili led MWG's Human Resources functions from 2020-2024 and was formerly a partner at Seyfarth Shaw, specializing in employment law.
She holds a bachelor’s degree in political science from Spelman College and a Juris Doctorate from the University of San Francisco School of Law.
