How can I opt-in for a Paperless Membership?

Opting for a Paperless Membership means your renewal notices will arrive via email instead of postal mail. You will also not receive a plastic membership card, but you can easily access your digital card through the AAA Mobile App or your phone's Wallet app.

To enroll in the paperless option:

  1. Log into your AAA online account.
  2. Navigate to "Paperless Settings" (this may be in the left navigation bar or within your profile/account settings).
  3. Check the box to "Opt in" for paperless communications.
  4. Select "Save" to confirm your preference.
