We fulfill Membership card requests for Alaska, Arizona, Northern California, Montana, Nevada, Utah, and Wyoming.
You may request replacement Membership cards from your online account, by emailing us, or over the phone.
For a more streamlined process and immediate access to your Membership card, add a card to your phone’s Wallet app. Simply log in to your online account and choose either the Google or Apple Wallet links. This digital card is a valid proof of Membership for all AAA services and will automatically update. Once you install the Digital Membership Card we will no longer send a physical card unless you request one.
To request a physical card online: Click: https://mwg.aaa.com/my-account/membership/card or, log in to your online account. Once you see your name in bold letters, please click on ‘Manage’ that is shown on where you see “Membership”. Right above there, you should see “Welcome! Click to view your new digital cards”. Then you will simply click on "Looking for a replacement card?" Just click the link to print a copy of your cards. You will also be able to send in a request for a new card to be mailed to you.
To request by email: You may contact AAA to request a replacement Membership card. Please confirm the name of the Primary or Associate Member(s) who need new cards, as well as the correct mailing address.
To request by phone: Please call AAA Member Services directly at 1-800-922-8228. Representatives are available to serve you Monday through Friday, 7:00 a.m. to 9:00 p.m., and Saturday and Sunday, 7:00 a.m. to 7:00 p.m. Pacific Time.
Please allow 7–10 business days to receive your new Membership card(s) by mail.

Doing this will redirect you to your current club's website where you will find contact information.
