How do I apply for reimbursement for Emergency Roadside Assistance?

While we encourage contacting AAA directly for roadside assistance, reimbursement may be considered if you needed to use another provider due to exceptional circumstances (like severe weather or lack of AAA service availability in your location).

Requirements for Reimbursement Consideration:

You must submit a completed reimbursement form.
Include the original, itemized paid receipt for the service. Receipts must clearly show:
  • The name of the valid AAA Member who received service.
  • A description of the service provided (e.g., tow, lockout, battery service).
  • Breakdown location and tow destination (if applicable).
Submissions must be received within 60 days of the date the service was rendered. (Always keep copies for your records).

  1. Download the appropriate form from the AAA Reimbursement Forms page.
  2. Complete the form accurately.
  3. Attach your original paid receipt(s).
  4. Submit the documents via one of these methods:
