Please call 1-800-272-2877 OPTION 5 for an update on your reimbursement consideration request. Representatives are available to assist you 8:30 am to 5 pm PST Monday-Friday.
If you are directed to voicemail, you will have the option to leave a message to receive a follow up phone call. Please provide your Membership number when leaving a message.
