How do I remove a Member from my Membership?

To remove an associate online please follow the instructions below.
If you are having difficulties removing an associate online, please contact our membership department at 800-922-8228. Our representatives are available to serve you Monday through Friday 7:00 AM to 9:00 PM, and Saturday and Sunday 7:00 AM to 7:00 PM (Pacific Time).
- Start by going to our Manage Household Members page.
- On the icon of where the names are located it will have a pencil mark that you can click on.
- At the bottom of the associates account information, click on Remove Household Member.
