How do I transfer my AAA Membership when moving out of the Mountain West Group territory?

If you have permanently moved outside the AAA Mountain West Group service area*, we can help you transfer your membership smoothly to the AAA club covering your new location.

You have two options to initiate the transfer:

1. Call Us: Contact the Member Service Center at (800) 922-8228.
   Hours: Monday - Friday, 7:00 AM - 9:00 PM PT; Saturday - Sunday, 7:00 AM - 7:00 PM PT.
2. Visit a Branch in Your New Area: After you move, you can typically complete the transfer at a AAA branch in your new state or region
   Find a Branch: Use the AAA National Office Locator by entering your new ZIP code and selecting "Find a Local Branch."

Please make sure to update your account information and opt out automatic renewal.
*AAA Mountain West Group territory includes Northern California, Nevada, Utah, Arizona, Alaska, Montana, and Wyoming.
