AAA Northern California, Nevada & Utah Announces Interim CEO
WALNUT CREEK, Calif. (May 20, 2024) - AAA Northern California, Nevada & Utah (AAA NCNU), which has over six million Members in Northern California, Arizona, Nevada, Utah, Montana, Wyoming, and Alaska, today announced that Clay Creasey has been appointed by the Board of Directors to the role of interim CEO effective immediately.
“Clay is the right leader to step in as interim CEO to execute on our strategic plan and deliver on our promise to our Members, employees and the communities we serve,” said Board Chair Wendy Paskin-Jordan. “As a key member of the executive team for the past eight years, we are confident he will be the dedicated and unwavering leader that provides a deep understanding and knowledge of AAA NCNU as we search for the next CEO who understands the Member value we provide and the priority AAA places on quality services.”

The appointment follows Tim Condon’s decision to retire.

AAA NCNU’s Board has commenced a search to identify and evaluate qualified candidates to serve as a permanent CEO.
About Clay Creasey
In his current role as Chief Financial Officer, Clay is responsible for the club’s activities in the areas of accounting, financial planning and analysis, investments, and risk management. He also helps develop enterprise-wide strategies through a financial lens and create programs and processes that support the AAA mission to deliver legendary Member experiences. Prior to joining AAA NCNU, he served as the Chief Executive Officer of Grouse Spring Advisors, the Executive Vice President and Chief Financial Officer of Toy “R” Us, the Chief Financial Officer at Zoom Systems and the Chief Financial Officer of Target’s Mervyn’s subsidiary. He earned his Bachelor of Science from Stanford University and his MBA from the Stanford University School of Business.
