AAA in the Community
AAA was founded on the mission of helping people. Our AAA Serves program takes this mission from the roadside to the heart of our communities, where we are needed most. Through AAA Serves, AAA Arizona employees make a positive impact on the communities in two areas: crisis and rescue. We're committed to giving back in several ways including hands-on service, in-kind donations and charitable giving.
Skills-based Service
AAA Arizona also helps the community through skills of our employees. Our Seated & Secure program provides car seats and installations from AAA certified technicians to families in need. Our tow truck drivers are able to help keep roads safe for everyone on holidays and high celebratory nights by providing our Tipsy Tow service.
Hands-on Service
AAA recognizes that being a good corporate citizen means helping communities in need. One way we fulfill this mission is through hands-on service by our passionate employees. Therefore, we offer each employee 24 hours of paid time each year to volunteer during work hours. Since the program was implemented in 2011, employees have volunteered more than 11,000 hours.
