When will I receive my first Smart Home invoice?

Your first invoice will be issued 5–7 days after your equipment installation is complete.

  • If you’ve provided an email address, you’ll receive an electronic bill in addition to a paper bill for the first cycle.
    After that, billing will be electronic-only unless you opt in to paper billing.
  • If you choose paper billing, a paper statement fee will apply (your first one is free).
