How can I opt-out of marketing emails from AAA?

You have several ways to manage your communication preferences and opt out of receiving marketing emails from AAA:

  • Online Account: Sign in to your AAA online account. Select and un-select each marketing email to set your preferences. Hit the Save button at the bottom when your choices have been made.

  • Unsubscribe Link: Open any marketing email you've received from AAA and scroll to the bottom. Click on the Unsubscribe link provided.

  • Contact Us Directly: Call AAA Member Services at (800) 922-8228 or email your request to [email protected] to have a representative update your marketing email preferences.

Please note: It may take a short period for your opt-out request to be fully processed. Also, choosing to unsubscribe from marketing emails will not prevent you from receiving essential transactional emails regarding your membership, requested services, or account information (e.g., renewal reminders, policy documents, service confirmations).
