“AAA Hat Giveaway” Promotion OFFICIAL RULES

PROMOTION PERIOD: The Promotion begins at 8:00 am PT on April 11, 2026, and ends at 11:59 p.m. PT on June 30, 2026, or when the specific inventory at a participating branch is exhausted, whichever occurs first (the “Promotion Period”). 

SPONSOR INFORMATION: Sacramento Kings Limited Partnership, Sacramento Downtown Arena, LLC, Sacramento Basketball Holdings, LLC and their respective affiliates, parents and subsidiaries, located at 500 J Street, 4^th Floor, Sacramento, CA 95814 (“Kings”), and American Automobile Association Northern California, Nevada & Utah DBA AAA Mountain West Group 3333 Fairview Road, Costa Mesa, California 92626 (“AAA”) (each individually a “Sponsor” and collectively the “Sponsors”) .

ELIGIBILITY: Eligibility is limited to participants who are at least eighteen (18) years of age on the promotion date. Employees, agents, officers, directors, members, managers, and owners of Sponsors, and each of their immediate family members (spouse, parents, legal guardian, siblings, and children) and those individuals living in their same household are not eligible to participate.

HOW TO PARTICIPATE: Fans who mention the Promotion and show proof of their AAA Membership at a participating AAA branch during the Promotion Period will receive one (1) co-branded AAA and Kings hat (“Participant”).  100 total hats are available at each of the following participating AAA branches:

The Promotion Period ends independently at each participating branch location once that specific branch’s inventory reaches zero (0). Sponsors are not responsible for participants who travel to a branch where the supply has already been exhausted.

PRIZE AND APPROXIMATE RETAIL VALUE: Fans who show proof of their AAA membership (via card or account) at a participating AAA branch will receive one (1) co-branded AAA and Kings hat. One (1) prize per member only. The approximate total retail value of the hat is $45. Any expenses relating to acceptance of the prize, including but not limited to taxes and transportation, are not included and are the responsibility of the Participant. All details not specified herein shall be determined solely by Sponsor.

CONDUCT OF PARTICIPATION: By participating in this promotion, Participant affirms that he or she has read and agrees to abide by the Official Rules and the decisions of the Sponsors. Sponsors reserve the right to disqualify any Participant acting in violation of the Official Rules or found tampering with the participation process or with the operation of the promotion. The Promotion is governed by the laws of the United States and the State of California. By participating, all participants hereby irrevocably agree that the federal, state, and local courts located in Sacramento County, CA shall have exclusive jurisdiction and shall be the exclusive venue for any disputes arising from or relating to these official rules and this promotion and any distributed tickets. Any dispute arising from or relating to these official rules or this promotion shall be determined by binding arbitration in Sacramento County, California. ANY ATTEMPT BY A PARTICIPANT OR ANY OTHER INDIVIDUAL TO DELIBERATELY DAMAGE ANY WEBSITE RELATED TO SPONSOR OR THE PROMOTION OR UNDERMINE THE LEGITIMATE OPERATION OF THE PROMOTION MAY BE IN VIOLATION OF CRIMINAL AND CIVIL LAWS, AND SHOULD SUCH AN ATTEMPT BE MADE, SPONSOR RESERVES THE RIGHT TO SEEK DAMAGES FROM SUCH PARTICIPANT TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW.

LIMITATIONS OF LIABILITY: Sponsors; the National Basketball Association and its Member Teams; NBA Properties, Inc.; and each of their respective affiliates, subsidiaries, parent corporations, and their respective officers, directors, shareholders, employees and agents, are not responsible for any incorrect or inaccurate entry information, theft, tampering, destruction, or unauthorized access to, or alteration of entries; printing or other errors; and any entries or mail which are late, lost, delayed, incomplete, misdirected, stolen, mutilated, illegible, postage due or any combination thereof. Sponsor reserves the right to modify, suspend or terminate the promotion in the event that it becomes necessary due to circumstances beyond Sponsor’s control.

RELEASE OF LIABILITY: By participating, Participant agree to release, discharge, indemnify and hold harmless the Sponsors; the National Basketball Association and its Member Teams; NBA Properties, Inc.; and each of their respective affiliates, subsidiaries, parent corporations, and their officers, directors, employees, representatives and agents from and against any claims made by participants or any other third parties related in any way to the operation of this promotion, as well as any other claims, damages or liability due to any injuries, damages or losses (whether alleged, threatened, or actual) to any person (including death) or property of any kind resulting in whole or in part, directly or indirectly, from acceptance, possession, misuse or use of any prize or participation in any activity or participation in this promotion.
