President's Letter: Brighter, Sunnier Days Ahead

Can you imagine what 50 feet of snow looks like? Despite my fair share of winters, I just can’t wrap my head around the winter that Mother Nature had in store for us this year. While this record-breaking winter helps much of the West recover from a severe drought, count me as one of many looking forward to the longer, warmer days of summer ahead.
This historically wet winter caused havoc for homeowners and drivers alike, creating unusual challenges for our roadside assistance team.
