Free Install Promotion Terms & Conditions

This Free Install Promotion ("Promotion") is offered solely by A3 Smart Home LP ("A3SH", "we", "our", or "us"), and is subject to these Terms and Conditions ("Terms"). By participating in this Promotion, participants ("Participants", or "you") agree to the Terms as set forth below. We have the right to extend, terminate, suspend, or modify the Promotion at any time without notice. These Terms apply to this Promotion in its entirety and duration, and consists of separate specific promotions (any one, a "Specific Promotion") with varying time periods and geographic applications and limitations.

ELIGIBILITY: The Promotion begins at 12:00:00 a.m. PT on the Start Date and ends at 11:59:59 p.m. PT the End Date identified below (the “Promotion Period”) and is available only to new A3 Smart Home subscribers with residential addresses within the A3 Smart Home service area of Northern California, AZ, UT, NV, MT, WY, AK. Verification of your eligibility to participate in the Promotion and to receive a Promotion Benefit (defined below) is completed when we confirm that you are a new subscriber and located within the AAA Smart Home service area. We are the sole timekeeper and arbiter, in our sole discretion, regarding eligibility and participation in this Promotion. To be eligible, you must also (i) satisfy the Participation Requirements, as defined below, (ii) be a legal resident of the state where you live, (iii) be at least 18 years of age, and (iv) not be a current subscriber to A3SH services.

TO PARTICIPATE: You may seek to participate in the Promotion during the Promotion Period by (i) calling (855) 522-1478 and speaking with one of our representatives, (ii) speaking with one of our representatives; (iii) providing your address;; (v) enrolling in a new subscription at an eligible residence (“Subscription”); and (vi) purchasing equipment having a minimum purchase value of $519.00 (collectively, the “Participation Requirements”). Any enrollment is subject to your acceptance of all additional and related terms of service and policies. Upon meeting all of the eligibility criteria and fulfilling the Participation Requirements, and subject to these Terms, eligible Participants will receive the Benefit in the manner explained below. Eligible Participants will receive the Benefit at the time of installation, or at the time of item delivery if a self-install kit is chosen by the Participant.

PROMOTION: Subject to these Terms, each verified eligible Participant will receive free installation of your AAA Smart Home equipment (the "Benefit").

LIMITATIONS: The Benefit is not available to purchasers who select Self-Install. The Benefit is available only to purchasers of new Subscriptions for Eligible Residences. The Benefit does not apply to monitoring rates. Limit of one Benefit per person. The Promotion is subject to all applicable federal, state and local laws and regulations. Void where prohibited. No cash or other prize substitution is permitted. A3SH is not responsible for lost, late, or misdirected enrollments, or enrollments not received, regardless of cause. The Subscription and Benefit are all subject to the limitations, terms, and conditions of the relevant Subscription agreements, A3SH policies, and additional terms and conditions. Promotion details and availability are subject to change, in which case a benefit of equal value may be substituted at A3SH’s sole discretion. The Benefit is non-transferable, and has no cash redemption or substitution except at A3SH’s sole discretion.

RIGHTS: By participating in the Promotion, you fully and unconditionally agree to and accept these Terms, and the decisions of the A3SH, which are final and binding. You further agree to, and do, release, indemnify, defend, and hold harmless A3SH and all of its parent companies, subsidiaries, affiliates, prize suppliers, and advertising and promotion agencies, and each of their respective agents, representatives, officers, directors, and employees from and against any and all lawsuits, judgements, losses, damages, claims, actions, costs, and expenses (including, without limitation, reasonable attorneys’ fees) and any liability of any kind resulting from, arising from, related to or in connection with the Promotion and your participation in it.

CHOICE OF LAW: These Rules shall be governed by, and interpreted in accordance with, the laws of the State of California, without regard to that state’s conflict of law provisions.

PRIVACY POLICY: Upon contacting A3SH to purchase a Subscription, you agree to the AAA Privacy Policy stated on the AAA Web Site (Privacy Policy), and its terms regarding our collection and usage of your personal information.

NO LIABILITY: A3SH, its parent companies, subsidiaries, affiliates, advertising agencies, public relations agencies, suppliers, including any vendors providing services in connection with this Promotion, and all of their respective employees, agents, directors, officers (collectively, the "A3SH Affiliates") are not responsible for, and participants release each from, any perceived or actual failures of any kind (whether alleged to be have been caused by computer, technical, or human error) which may either limit the participant’s ability to receive a Benefit or otherwise participate in this Promotion, or A3SH’s ability to include all eligible participants or otherwise execute this Promotion in the manner intended.

OTHER TERMS: Decisions of A3SH on all matters related to the Promotion are final. A3SH reserves the right to cancel or modify the Promotion for any reason, including but not limited to, if fraud, misconduct or technical failures destroy the integrity of the Promotion, or if a computer virus, bug, or other technical problem corrupts the administration, security, or proper administration of the Promotion as determined by A3SH, in its sole discretion. A3SH reserves the right to disqualify or prohibit the participation of an individual or business if fraud or tampering is suspected, or if the individual or business fails to comply with any requirement of participation or with any provision in these Terms.
